4. Order Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds Cancellations All sales are final. Order cancellations are not accepted for any reason once the order is placed and payment is received. However, accidents happen. Send us an email at sales@allthingsequine.com and we'll see what we can do.

5. Freight Delivery Terms Some items ship by freight and will be delivered “curbside.” It is your responsibility to move the item from curbside to its final destination.

If additional delivery services are needed, you must arrange and pay for them directly with the carrier in advance. If billed to our account, those costs will be charged to you.

Inspect your delivery immediately and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Failure to do so may void your right to compensation for damaged goods.

1. Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Condition of Returns Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags still attached (if applicable).

Please include all original accessories, manuals, and free gifts.

Returns that are damaged, used, or missing parts may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

3. Return Process Contact us at sales@allthingsequine.com to request a Return Authorization within 30 days.

If approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label.

Pack the items securely and ship using the label.

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.

4. Shipping Costs You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, etc.).

If an item is defective or incorrect, we will cover original and return shipping costs—no additional expense to you. tidio.com

5. Exclusions & Exceptions The following items are non-returnable: Custom, personalized, engraved, or special-order items Clearance or “final sale” products

6. Damaged Items Inspect upon delivery; note any external damage on the carrier’s receipt.

For authorized returns damaged in transit, file a claim with the shipping carrier. We cannot reimburse for damage without a claim.

7. Exchanges & Store Credit Exchanges or store credit available upon request.
