Order cancellations are not accepted for any reason once the order is placed and payment is received.
Absolutely no special order, custom, personalized or engraved items, clearance items or any item will be accepted for return, exchange, refund or credit. All sales are final and cannot be accepted for any reason. If you find an error in your order, contact us immediately to receive an return authorization. If approved, a return label will be sent to you. No returns are accepted for any reason without prior Return Authorization. All Things Equine will not reimburse any shipping costs over what is originally paid to All Things Equine. If the error is ours, and you follow our guidelines, you will not incur ANY additional expense. If you return merchandise without authorization, we will ship replacements but there will be no refunds in any way and will not be shipped until the original item(s) are received back undamaged in the same new condition of the item and packaging when sent to you. If your return is broken when returned to us, you will not be entitled to any refund, you will have to process a claim with the shipping company you used to return the product.
If items are received by freight, please be aware that the delivery will be "curbside". You will be responsible to get the item from curbside to its destination. If you are unable to handle large or heavy deliveries, make sure you have someone available to help you. Sometimes the delivering carrier may provide that service for an additional fee which you are responsible for and if applied to our account, will be charged back to you the customer. You must contact them directly prior to delivery for additional costs and payment thereof. Be sure to note any noticeable damage to your shipment on the delivery receipt. If you fail to do so, a claim cannot be processed and you will receive no compensation for damage losses.

If it is a limited edition or one of a kind piece and the same product is not available, a suitable replacement approved by you or an item refund will be made.
